Core Values of ADO
Education
Education will be a key area for the organization to work on, improvements in educational system, construction of new and reconstruction of schools, providing community based schooling system in those areas where people don’t have basic education facility as per organizational capacity. ADO is focusing to improve teaching methodologies and to increase school attendance.
Human Rights & Advocacy
Human rights the key component to work in Pakistan, highlighting issues and advocating for right of victims, approach the institutions and developing linkages with other human right organization to eliminate the existing customs and tradition which affect the routine lives of victims and culture of community
Primary Health/Nutrition
Under the health and nutrition program ADO work for Mother and child health care, TB Control Awareness and health education and other diseases. In order to realize this aim ADO work in partnership with broad coalition of district government, Asia Foundation, Global Fund
Social Mobilization
ADO has believes in strong community empowerment through its needs based intervention. The ADO approach is to develop local partners (VO,CO, groups with sharing responsibilities with them to achieved desired result with mutual interest. ADO based on three different themes Integration, Empowerment and Collaboration. ADO mobilized numbers of CBO, Groups which implemented different projects
